Tilden Summer Camp is a fun-filled adventure camp aimed to developing character and leadership skills amoung our campers. We instill in the boys the values of manliness, friendship, service to others, sportsmanship, teamwork and a healthy spirit of competition. Spiritual activities such as daily Mass and Rosary are also included in the schedule and a chaplain is available for confession and spiritual guidance.

Thank you for submitting your application for Tilden Summer Camp. The fee for the camp is $775 for one boy or $675 per boy for multiple boys. Early registration rates are $725 for one boy or $625 per boy for multiple boys. The early bird rate is applicable to those who submit applications by April 1. To pay for multiple boys, please enter the number of boys on the next screen.

Payment for Dad's Day and accepted counselors can be made here as well.

Packing List

What to bring

- Sleeping bag and small pillow

- Two (2) books for reading (selected by you and your parents)

- Casual clothes (shorts, long pants, t-shirts, and sweatshirts) for meals, sports, camp fire at night (it can get cold)

- Formal clothes for Mass (pants and collared shirt... extra points for ties!)

- Swimsuit and towel

- Water bottle or canteen for hikes

- Toiletries (soap, etc.) and personal medications

- Rosary

- Sunblock and lip balm

- Flashlight (tape your name on it)

- Optional: Fishing pole and bait (freshwater lake fishing)

- Please label all your belongings.

What not to bring

- Knives

- Fireworks

- Matches/lighters

- Cell phones and other electronic devices

- Personal candy or snacks

- There's no point in bringing electronic games and devices since the boys will be busy all the time and are expected to interact on a personal level with the other campers. These items can also be easily lost or damaged.

How To Get There

Tilden Summer Camp takes place at Cedar Lake Camp 1100 Mill Creek Road, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315.

Sunday Check-in Time: 3:00 to 4:00 PM

We suggest that you come to Big Bear Lake earlier in the day and enjoy the area along with your family. There are plenty of fun things to do for people of all ages: swimming, boat rides, shops, restaurants, picnic areas, hiking, etc. You can then come to Cedar Lake Camp at the check-in time to drop off your son.
